What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: PA to CEO

Key duties:

• Extensive diary and travel management including itineraries, hotel bookings etc.
• Scheduling of all internal and external meetings
• Client relationship management and on boarding of new clients
• Assisting with the interview processes by scheduling meetings

What makes this position great? This is a fast paced role allowing you to work autonomously or with the support of a great team, this firm allows great exposure to really interesting clients and allows you to build realtionships with both clients and stake holders at all levels within the organisation.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: experience supporting in a similar PA role will be essential

Qualifications: For this role a degree would be highly advantageous
