Team Assistant - TV

 This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant to kick-start a career focusing on TV brand sponsorship, working within one of the TV giants . You will be responsible for supporting the team in terms of day to day team administration (diary co-ordination / meeting co-ordination) as well as supporting the Brand Partnerships Project Management team in the delivery of licensing deals across iconic and headline hitting TV shows.

• Alongside offering solid team support, you will assist with ticket management for shows including working with guest lists and chaperoning key VIP guests at shows and hospitality event organising.
• You will also attend shoots to ensure that product placement shots are correct.
• You will work with team members in preparing client presentations designed for sales pitches or client reviews
• You will develop relationships with VIP clients and Agencies alongside building relationships with production, creative services, digital, press, legal and finance teams to ensure the team’s needs are met efficiently.
