Legal PA: Our client - an expanding boutique US law firm are looking for a top Legal PA to join their expanding City of London office.

Legal PA: This is a really exciting opportunity to join a friendly, sociable, close knit organisation that really do look after their staff.

Legal PA: In this role you will be supporting team of 5 focussing on their corporate and commercial litigation practice areas. Your key duties as the PA will include; diary management and support to Partners, organise all aspects of travel, coordinate internal/external meetings, liasing with clients on a regular basis and much more!

Legal PA: This is a great opportunity for someone to join a friendly and supportive organisation where your hard work and effort is always recognised and rewarded!

The successful Legal PA will have the following experience/skills:

  • 3 - 5 year's Legal PA experience
  • Ideally experienced in Corporate, Commercial Litigation or Real Estate
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
