Our client is based in the heart of Victoria and they are a global commodities firm. Their head office is based in New York and they have just moved into swanky new offices in London. This is a 6-month temporary maternity cover PA role to two Directors within the firm.

You must be available to start mid-August for a handover and this role will last until around the end of February. The two Directors are very different in terms of personality and the amount of assistance they require- however they are both easy to get along and work with.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist two Directors
  • Manage inboxes and both diaries
  • Organise international travel, hotels, and transport
  • Look after all expenses and finances
  • Set up conference calls
  • Some personal PA for one Director

Requirements:

  • Previous EA/PA experience at Director level
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Available to start end of August for 6 months

Rate:

£21 per hour
