This is a really involved role working for a finance company, this role will office variety and very good progression. The role is to support the Sales Director in the overall aim of growing the firm assets under management whilst in addition, providing accurate and timely information and excellent client service to current and potential clients. They are looking for someone to also take care of the office management and answer the phone.

They are looking for someone who is bright, hardworking and ideally a back ground in finance.
  • To provide both written and verbal client support as required
  • To work with external fact sheet provider to create and distribute monthly and quarterly fact sheets, through the use of Constant Contact
  • To assist in preparation, checking and printing of marketing materials including presentations, questionnaires and other client led requests
  • To administer the website on an on-going basis keeping it accurate and up to date
  • To help maintain the client data base
  • To provide and co-ordinate management information regarding the sales effort such as monthly sales information, and flows into the funds
  • To provide monthly portfolios to selected clients
  • To monitor and respond to the General Enquires email account
  • To maintain and update the Sales Support Operational Manual as required
  • To act as a point of contact for the Sales Director for clients when he is out on business
  • Monitor and action Sales Director’s email as from time to time required
