My client, having grown from a small family size business is looking for a Team Assistant - International Investment Company, to support the analyst team in their Mayfair offices.

A small international investment firm based in Mayfair looking for a Team Assistant - International Investment Company to support the team with all administrative duties in a period of growth.

Description

Based in The City of London, the Team Assistant - International Investment Company will be responsible for:

• Scheduling of Company meetings
• Working with brokers and companies to request meetings with our analysts and helping to organise investment trips, including travel and diary management for up to 9 investment analysts
• Working with portfolio managers and analysts to co‐ordinate and prioritise best ideas
• Record and organise internal decision making
• Generate maintenance reports essential to the investment process; an analytical mind will be essential (this role will not develop into an analyst opportunity)
• Any other ad hoc project and administrative support as arises

Profile

The successful Team Assistant - International Investment Company will have:

• Prior travel and diary management exposure
• Exposure as an assistant/middle office in financial services, with an appreciation with buy and sell side of investment
• Proven advanced excel skills with a willingness to learn VBA level for producing reports for the team
• Worked with a number of key stakeholders and have the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business but who can work in a quiet, industrious environment
