Dynamic tech/creative firm near Victoria needs a professional EA to run the lives of a busy, time challenged board executive and help his team. This is a role that needs an EA with a proactive approach who knows how to stay ahead of the curve and can be adept at planning across global time zones. You will be a key person in the team and a gatekeeper (pussycat not rottweiler version) but you must be confident and highly organised where no job is ever too big or small.

As EA you will be part of a fast growing business with an international team. Lots of entrepreneurs, creative specialists and ideas driven individuals who will rely on your passion for providing high level support whereby you are constantly one step ahead of your boss. Funky open plan office and break out rooms. You must be an EA with a proven track record at senior level and used to working to deadlines and being contactable and flexible in your role.
