Based in our Global Headquarters in Baker Street, our Residential Capital Markets team is looking for a Secretary to support the Head of the Department and the wider team.

As well as being first point of contact for the department, you will undertake typical Secretarial duties along with; document preparation; invoicing, preparing presentations & reports and client liaison.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary, along with strong organisational and administrative skills.

Previous experience within the property industry would be desirable, however, is not essential, but you will be expected to have a good knowledge of Microsoft office and an audio typing speed of 70 wpm.

If you are pro-active with excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task we’d like to hear from you.
