A global sustainability company is looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Based in the West End, an EA is required to co-ordinate and manage the Chairman’s schedule and oversee the day-to-day organisation of the office across three floors of a smart townhouse. The role will be varied, but the key responsibilities will include diary and email management, acting as a ‘gatekeeper’ to invitations and requests, liaising with the Chairman’s other connected offices and family, meeting and greeting clients, arranging meetings, conferences, catering and travel arrangements and any ad-hoc assistant work such as proof reading articles. The ideal candidate must be highly organised, attentive to detail, able to prioritise and work well under pressure, be discreet, forward thinking and show good judgement. The company works with some fantastic and varied brands in the UK and internationally, and takes a real care in its employees. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone polished and articulate who has had at least one year's prior PA experience and is keen to work for a green, ethical and friendly company.
