PA to 2 Senior Heads of department for top City Financial Technology Company
We are looking for someone who is professional and enthusiastic with a good personality, energy/get up and go!
- They need their PA to have solid experience to hit the ground running and not only offer the usual support of a PA (i.e. diary, meetings, travel, expenses etc. etc.) but also offer additional support that would add value such as PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports etc.
- We would like someone who can work proactively to identify opportunities for where they can add value to free up the Senior Heads time to concentrate on their most important matters.
- We would like someone who can give input and share ideas.
- Someone adaptable, with a can-do attitude, happy to roll her sleeves up.
This is a great role for someone who likes to get involved and work for a professional successful company.
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm
