A super  new role in a top Private Equity company looking to hire a bright, ambitious and well presented receptionist who is looking to join a company where they can progress and gain wonderful experience.  You will ideally have 1- 2 years reception experience and you must be able to start work immediatley. 

The West End based Private equity firm is looking to hire a top receptionist to work in their fantastic  offices.   You will be part of a wonderful company who has an excellent reputation. They are looking for a client services focussed receptionist who will also take on administration work the role is diverse and interesting.

The position require candidate who wants a reception role that combines Reception, admin and events assistant work. Working alongside another lovely receptionist you will be a team who can work together well and is a colabrative way. Duties will include answering phones, setting up meeting rooms, making refreshments, meeting and greeting all guests, setting up video calls and ensuring the front of house area is neat and tidy at all times. 

The role is busy and the ideal candidate must be highly polished in every sense, you will have nice friendly telephone manner, well -presented dress. You will be hard working and most of all enjoy the interaction of being on reception. 

The position will be hired on a temp to perm basis. Starting ASAP! There are great perks to working in this wonderful firm!
