Japanese Speaking Officer

Our client is looking for a Japanese Speaking officer to work within the planning department.

This employee is expected to handle the following tasks, and it is desirable that he/she has a capability to plan the improvements or restructuring of end-to-end processes.

Duties will include:

*Administration in IT investment and expense payments.
*IT assets management including PC, lap top, printer, scanner.
*SW license management.
*IT Resource Time-sheet Management.
*Create and process the invoices to group companies and subsidiaries.
*General affairs such as Business Trip arrangement and reimbursement.
