One of the "Big 4", this global consultancy practice look after their staff like no other! Lots of perks & benefits, a defined career plan, excellent structure and modern offices. They now require an experienced Administrator/Team Assistant to assist their banking team on a 12 month contract.

The Role

Working as a Team Assistant on a maternity leave contract, this busy position will see you providing PA support to a team of Partners and Directors.

Day to day you will:

• Take control of diaries and schedule appointments
• Book client events
• Arrange meetings and take minutes
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Other Team Assistant/PA duties as required

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Experience working in a corporate, professional services - ie. banking, consulting, legal
• Experience working as a Team Assistant / Admin
• 5 GCSEs at grades A-C including Maths & English
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, supporting a team
