EA to 2 Directors - French Speaking Maternity Cover

Our client is looking for a talented and proven EA, preferably with a Degree to join them and support two of their senior Directors. Both are great to work with and will really value everything you do. They both work at a very fast pace and need someone who can think on their feet and really be an empathic executive support.

One is French so a French speaker would really be ideal for this role but not essential!

This organisation will automatically be known to you and will be of great interest if you if you are environmentally aware and care for the planet!

We are looking for a smart, energetic self-starter who is grounded and comfortable in their own skin and can work autonomously. The organization has a very flat hierarchy and therefore you will need to be able to muck in and be part of a bigger team.

You will be given access to this person’s inbox and therefore it’s essential that you have excellent grammar and a great command of the English language.

You should feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels and on an international basis.

Ability to gatekeep and soak up traffic is essential as they are in high demand and will need you to be able to deal with the majority of this traffic.

You will need to be calm, unflappable, able to laugh at yourself and at the same time really be able to live and breathe her vision and ensure that you help her make it become a reality.
