Our West End based Property client is seeking a measured and analytical CIPD qualified HR professional, with high IT literacy and systems knowledge, who is now looking for a step up into a more senior role with an HR advisory element.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start!

Reporting to the Head of HR, it is envisaged that you will take the lead in most HR matters and will be the first point of contact for Department Heads.

This Senior HR Advisor role involves: assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy and annual HR plan; providing advice on HR matters; assisting with recruitment and selection; learning and development; employee relations; compensation and benefits and taking ownership of HR projects.

This Senior HR Advisor role would suit a CIPD qualified HR generalist, with high IT literacy and ideally experience using recruitment, performance management and payroll systems. You will have gravitas and be naturally collaborative with strong analysis skills. Payroll experience would be an advantage.

To be successful in this Senior HR Advisor role, you will have:

*CIPD qualification
*Significant generalist HR experience
*Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice
*Proven recruitment experience
*Strong project management skills
*High IT literacy and experience using various HR and payroll systems
*Excellent command of the English language
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*Ability to analyse data
*Numeracy and be happy working with figures
*An approachable, fair and open manner
*The ability to remain calm under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Willingness to start immediately on a temp to perm basis
