Are you an experienced Team Secretary? Read on if you are, because we have a fantastic client, commercial building consultants, who are looking for a Team Secretary to support their Operations Team based in South West London. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday with a salary up to £24,000 plus benefits.
- Working within a team of secretaries; producing reports, letters and other documents
- Communicating with relevant parties and updating details on bespoke client database
- Managing diaries
- Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within professional services, preferable within the same industry
- Secretarial/Administration qualification such as ILEX, Pitman Training etc. would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience in audio/digital dictation
- Accurate typing speed at 50-55 wpm
- Excellent Microsoft skills
