My Client , an Executive Search firm based in the City, has a very exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and organised Office Manager who will be responsible for the management of all operational functions of the office which include Facilities, Human Resources, Finance and Payroll.
Some of the duties include:-
Facilities
- Negotiating supplier agreements, managing insurance policies, maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts.
Finance
- Managing expenses, generating client invoices, be responsible for all supplier invoices and expenses.
HR
- Drafting new starter employment contracts , be responsible for administering internal recruitment
- Deal with new starter induction
- Managing Employee Benefits
- Performance Management
Payroll
- Manage end to end payroll process
The ideal candidate would have have worked in an Executive Search Firm or in a similar fast paced environment
The Firm is friendly, dynamic and fast paced and as such is looking for some one who is energetic and someone who is happy to work to deadlines in a timely and efficient fashion.
