A Marketing Coordinator is wanted at a top global management consultancy firm in London. For 12 months you will have the opportunity to progress your career further in a company that celebrates diversity, creativity and hard work.

As the Marketing Coordinator your roles will include but not be limited to:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager to create an annual programme of alumni events that work to maximise relationships
  • Increase brand awareness and ROI
  • Lead the execution of large corporate events
  • Work with stakeholders (including Partners and Managers) to coordinate guest lists and execute the invitation process for brand, sector and alumni events
  • Use the CRM system to identify target clients, track responses and coordinate the follow-up and confirmation calls where necessary
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to determine event KPIs and lead on regular monitoring and reporting to the Marketing team, and wider stakeholders
  • Bring fresh ideas and insight, including recommendations to ensure that the company is executing best practice and maximising ROI
  • Manage the end-to-end annual corporate hospitality programme
  • Support the Marketing Manager in administering the alumni programme for London, including producing alumni programme materials (printed/digital)
  • Advise Managers in 1:1 meetings on their relationship building personal Marketing plans and options
  • Provide the Marketing team with ad hoc support when necessary during workload peaks

  • Computer literate - competent in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous marketing or events experience within a corporate or professional environment
  • Degree level qualification
  • Previous database experience
