It's time to party! Leading international supplier of fun and stylish party accessories is looking for German Speaking Receptionist/Hostess to join their creative environment.This organisation is international and designs wonderful, quirky and stylish party products for every occasion, from weddings through to kid's parties. The team is, as you would expect, creative, fun and innovative. This is a very dynamic role for someone who is looking to progress in such environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Looking after the office area
-Looking after kitchen; dishwasher, trays, cupboards etc.
-Assisting in layout for small parties & clearing up afterwards
-Ordering stationery/printer supplies/toners for the office where needed
-Recycling supplies
-Post distribution
Meetings
-Where required, help to prepare/tidy the meeting room
-Preparing coffees/teas/water for customer meetings
-Where required, ordering or collection of snacks or lunches for the meeting
Sample Room
-Create and maintain an effective system for the Sample Room
-Replenish stock when needed
Customer Service/Telephone
- Answering the telephone & transferring calls to the relevant staff
- Assisting in processing public orders made via telephone
- Answer general customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Perfect telephone manner
- Native level of German and English Language
- " Can- do" attitude
This is a full time role , Monday to Friday.
Start time : 7:30am- 4:30pm
