As the HR Coordinator working for a leading global Stock Brokerage, you will be exposed to a business that has won over 30 industry awards in the last 10 years. A company that prides itself on the quality of their work, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team of a company that puts trust and transparency at the heart of everything it does.

In the HR Coordinator role you will be required to offer all round support in a wide variety of functions, some of these functions include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly payroll for four European offices
  • Managing the P11D process
  • Managing all recruitment processes from start to finish this includes agreeing the job description, picking agencies to use, agreeing terms, interviewing candidates, and extending offers to candidates
  • Various levels of admin, including leavers process, data entry, maternity leave and more
  • Upkeep of HR manual
  • Processing invoices
  • Discussing employment law and legal problems, keeping up to date with any changes
  • Offering training and development support
  • Other ad hoc duties

The following skills are necessary as a HR Generalist:

  • 1 year HR Experience
  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to details
  • Able to show discretion when handling sensitive & confidential information
  • Flexible, adaptable work approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft programmes with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self starter, able to use initiative
  • Experience of financial markets is a plus but not a necessity
