This international watch and jewellery brand are searching for adaptable and passionate after sales administrators who love customer facing roles, are numerate, are process driven and are looking for a role to stay in.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling after sales enquiries such as repairs and servicing
- Dealing with general customer service enquiries
- Liaising with vendors
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Diary scheduling
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Have a strong background within a luxury brand and customer service environment
- Be extremely detail orientated
- Enjoy working in a team with minimum hierarchy
- Have solid administrative experience and relish accuracy and anticipating problems.
