A highly respected boutique corporate finance company in Mayfair is looking for a polished, flexible and switched on administrator to join a fantastic team offering support to the Office Management team.  Assisting with the smooth running of a small and fast paced office, the ideal candidate will have one year’s office experience, will be dependable, well-presented, articulate and highly organised with a methodical and thorough approach to work and impeccable attention to detail.  They will have a positive and professional attitude, discretion, and excellent communication skills.  The ability to multitask is crucial as the role will involve assisting the team with a wide range of duties, including diary management, conference call co-ordination, travel and meeting organisation, meeting and greeting clients, managing the company database, assisting with events, general administration and some PA duties to the CEO and team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop within a company, and mentoring will be given.  Good Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills are required and ideally one year’s solid previous corporate office experience.  The role is for an IMMEDIATE START.
