A well respectable Financial Services company, in the heart of the City, is looking for a proactive and switched on HR Co-ordinator to join their HR team.

You will work collaboratively with the team in this generalist and all encompassing role; covering any staffing issues, processing payroll for multiple countries, managing new starters and leavers, coordinating the recruitment process, dealing with appraisals and references, processing invoices, liaise with employee relations, training and development, benefits and managing database systems.

This role will allow you to gain exposure to all aspects of the business and join a company where you can liaise with all levels of seniority, where your work will be valued and appreciated.

Skills/Experience Desired;

  • Recent demonstrable 2 years experience within Human Resources.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Lotus notes and Visio is preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR markets preferred.
  • Warm and personable nature.
  • Switched on and hardworking.
  • Articulate and approachable.
  • Confident using MS Office packages.
