My client is a leading Charity looking for an experienced Office Manager to run their Head Quarters Office in Central London.
The role will include being a PA to the Chief Executive and therefore, PA relevant experience would be a great advantage for this position.
Some of the duties of this role will be:
- Contract management – engaging with suppliers of cleaning, recycling, stationery, photocopier and telephone systems, and managing these contracts
- Research and recommend new suppliers/ products for the better functioning of office as and when required.
- Liaise with Landlord’s representative regarding the common parts of the building.
- Co-ordinate, collate and produced Board packs for Trustee Board, School Governance and Safeguarding Trustee Sub Committee meetings
- Responsible for digital filing and archiving records within the organisation.
- Event coordination for non-fundraising events
- Other duties as may be required by the Finance Director
- The PA duties will include correspondence and extensive diary management that may include group meetings with external attendees.
