A hugely well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising many of the world's most recognised brands.

We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Candidate Resourcer to work closely with the longstanding team.

Working across both the temporary and permanent business, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and acquisition, as well as managing the candidate selection and placement processes. You will be commercially astute with the ability to identify new business opportunities as well as reviewing and advising on the entire candidate attraction and sourcing methodology. This is a career role, requiring a dynamic and focussed Candidate Resourcer with previous recruitment experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.

To achieve success within this Candidate Resourcer role, you will have:

*Degree level education or equivalent
*2 + years' experience sourcing candidates
*IT literacy with experience of fully utilising a recruitment database
*Proven record of achieving sales targets
*Experience managing change
*Ideally experience training, mentoring and coaching staff and the ability to inspire others
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective business relationships
*Strong planning and organisational talents
*High attention to detail
*Total understanding of discretion and confidentiality
