Established in 1995 our client an Executive Search firm based in the West End is looking for a experienced Office Manager to start immediately. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, enjoys working on a number of projects at one time & has excellent attention to detail & organisational skills.

Our ideal candidate will have the following experience & essential skills:

3 years solid working experience in a similar position

Diary management & inbox management

Travel booking experience essential (International & local)

Compile excel reports & graphs for monthly / weekly sales figures & forecasts

Expenses handling

Ordering office supplies

Liaising with the office contractors & suppliers

Basic accounting skills

Compile reports & presentations for the team

Excellent correspondence skills

Professional & presentable appearance at all times

Organised & able to work on a number of projects at any time

Deadline Driven

Able to handle a fast paced environment

Confident communication skills both in person & on the phone

Team player

Trustworthy
