Our client, a growing property consultancy firm based in Mayfair, are looking for a bright, hardworking and enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their friendly and sociable team. A varied and well rounded job, the role will see the Office Coordinator acting an ambassador for the company and will be the first point of contact to anyone who makes contact or visits the office. For this reason, it is essential that this Office Coordinator be professional, articulate and be able to liaise directly with clients in a confident manner. As well as meeting and greeting, the successful candidate will be responsible for office management duties, office administration and PA work and assisting with teams with extra projects as and when requested. As the company is due to grow rapidly over the next 6 months, this role will offer scope for progression within the company so it is important that this candidate be able to keep up with an increasing workload. This role would suit a diligent, friendly, approachable and hardworking individual who would like a progressive role within a supportive office environment.
