A leading, global financial firm is looking for an HR assistant to start ASAP in their amazing offices in London.

The three-month contract involves general administration responsibilities including collating data onto spreadsheets, e-filing, producing template documents and running procedures into the firm’s specific systems.

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, proactive candidate who has a strong attention to ideal.

Other beneficial qualities would be –

  • HR/Admin experience or experience in dealing with highly-sensitive information
  • Detailed data entry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate competency in both Word and Excel packages
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a ‘can-do’ attitude
