A dynamic and successful Executive search company are seeking an intelligent and inquisitive Junior Researcher to join their team.

Candidates must be degree-educated and have studied at a top university. You will ideally have some research based experience.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage Consultants' diaries
• Proactive attitude to work
• Researching candidates using online tools including job boards and LinkedIn
• Interview training and other training provided
• Team collaboration on projects
• Confident in communicating with candidates and clients
• Interest in the financial markets and recruitment space

Starting salary is between 22-26K depending on experience.
