Angela Mortimer are seeking a professional, personable and well presented individual for an Office Coordinator/Junior PA/Reception role within a property consultancy in central London.

Your duties will involve but are not restricted to;

  • Meeting and greeting clients with the upmost professionalism
  • Ensuring top presentation of meeting rooms
  • Reception- manning the phones and being the face of the company
  • Filing/scanning
  • Helping with events as and when needed

You will be polished, articulate, hard working and efficient. Organisation is key, as is an impeccable telephone manner and a positive attitude.
