HR Business Partner

Have you had experience as a Business Partner within a small project? Have you helped implement a HR and Finance system?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to work in an innovation agency in Swindon on a temporary basis until March 2018.

Working with the Finance Project Team, you will be delivering a new HR and Finance system. You will be representing the HR element of the project delivery, creating new TOM design based on best practice, creating solutions that support the future model, supporting the project and users during testing, training and during transition and cutover.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of best practice, experience implementing a HR and Finance System and working on a small project. Lean Six Sigma and Agile experience is desirable.
