We are very excited to be recruiting for Head of Compliance to join our client, a High End Serviced Office provider.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, dynamic, professional, flexible and resilient with the ability to problem solve, delegate, multi-task, plan and organise.

You will possess very strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst balancing the interests of colleagues, clients and commercials of the business. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and/or weekends as determined by the needs of the business would be advantageous.

The overall purpose of the role is to protect the business by ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Taking ownership of the Client on-boarding process and experience. You must have a proven track record within compliance and be highly experienced with all regulatory requirements to include Money Laundering Regulations 2007, London Local Authorities Act (section 75) 2007, Know Your Customer, Customer Due diligence and Data Protection.

This is a unique role as you will also work with the COO and Marketing Director to define the “Virtual Office” product offering and to review pricing packages and drive it forward.

You must be confident and experienced within Team Management covering a wide range of duties including

Coaching and developing, Performance reviews and team meetings, Managing a monthly team meeting, quarterly staff reviews and annual appraisals. Taking ownership of the recruitment process for any vacancies within your team, working with HR for guidance.
