THE COMPANY:
Our client is a global trade organisation with ventures in retail and food produce. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Development Co-ordinator to join the Executive Development team.


THE ROLE:
  • Booking international travel and itinerary management
  • Manage master schedule, logistics, venues, materials, participants, psychometrics, evaluations and communications for assigned events
  • Supporting the Executive Development team as and when required
  • Plan & execute a timetable of career conversation website updates
  • Support users of the career conversations website and talent database
  • Helping users to gain access, navigate, report and update information as appropriate on the website
  • Make changes to and update the website when requested
  • Manage administration of the vacancy website, running reports and ensuring all information is correct and relevant
  • Providing Cover for the Executive Development (Careers) Coordinator/EA to Head of Exec Development (Careers) in their absence
  • Undertaking reviews throughout the year
  • Check, track and submit invoices for processing
  • Provide ad hoc support on request
 
THE PERSON:
  • Proven experience within project management  or within a similar role
  • Highly competent in the use if Microsoft Office
  • Able to work with discretion whilst dealing with confidential information
  • Able to multi-task whilst working to and meeting deadlines
  • Confident and assertive
  • Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Proactive and a self starter
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working well with senior people or the aptitude to do so
  • Willing to get involved in all tasks
  • Project management qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
  • Flexible to travel and stay away from home when required
  • Excellent organisational skills
