PA - Capital Markets

We have a great opportunity for an experienced PA/EA to join a leading fund managers in the heart of the city. They are looking for a PA who has previously been PA within Capital Markets. This is a full time position with a salary of £35-40,000


They key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

*PA to 4 Global Heads including calendar and diary management.
*Organising all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings and ensuring appropriate visas are organised.
*Preparation of detailed global travel itineraries and changing travel requirements as required.
*Liaising with senior management
*The drafting of documentation, presentations and reports as required.
*Payment of invoices and fees, arranging signature of documents and appropriation of executed documents.
*Prepare senior level documents.
*Arrange the set-up of client meetings, hospitality and events (where appropriate coordinating with other departments e.g. Events)

Key Skills:

*Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
*Experience in a similar role with exposure to high level/Senior/Executive projects
*Understanding that our clients business requires fantastic client service and attention to detail, delivered in a personal and individualised manner.
*Self-motivated and highly professional, with ability to take on responsibility
*Initiative - Anticipating business Heads' needs and pro-actively finding a solution.
The ideal candidate will have worked within financial services/capital markets previously supporting a number of senior level stakeholders. You will be an individual who thrives within a fast paced, dynamic environment and is keen to take on extras and represent your bosses when they are not in the office.
