The position will include carrying out membership checks, assisting with the administration of all membership applications, ensuring that membership records on the database are up to date, and processing invoices. The role will require being a point of contact for all membership enquiries via phone and email, and preparing reports and documents when needed.

Candidates will require:

  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably within a membership organisation/association
  • Excellent communication skills to manage Member enquiries and request information on the telephone and by email
  • Database entry experience
  • Must have the ability to check required documents and chase those outstanding
  • Experience sending letters of correspondence within deadlines
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Experience issuing and sending invoices.
