Executive Assistant

A top Private Equity firm are looking for an EA (trading floor experience strongly preferred) to support a team of 4. The small team includes an MD that travels extensively on a global scale attending roadshows, so you must have sound experience of arranging international travel. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple diaries
• Accurately coordinate multi-stop travel
• Become an effective gatekeeper for the team
• Arrange internal and external meetings

Based in stunning offices in the West End, you will be joining an organisation that fosters a collegiate environment where assistants are very highly regarded.

Ideal candidate:

• 5+ years experience supporting in banking/alternative investment
• Degree educated
• Team player

This role is paying up to £50k depending on experience and provides a competitive benefits package.
