Your new role
You will be working in a highly professional team, who work hard, have a collaborative approach and share common goals and objectives. In your role as Interim - Office Coordinator you will be responsible for providing first class coordination skills across a number of disciplines including - diary and event coordination, fleet transport support and tracking, health and safety process and procedures, facilities support including utilities management, along with general admin support, which could include front of house reception cover if required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate clearly on their CV and in person, great office coordination skills. You will need to be an exceptionally organised individual who has a excellent eye for detail. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a very collaborative and engaging approach and able to deal with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate a positive can-do approach to your work and be able to work antonymous when required. Our client is looking to bring on-board a highly professional individual who can be relied upon and has strong Microsoft skills including Excel, Word and Outlook. Their may be a requirement in this role for occasional travel to other business sites.
