PA to Head of Account Management - Ads - 30-32K - 1 year FTC

Top Advertising Agency with amazing culture and exciting clients, are looking for an experienced PA to look after the Head of Account Management and the wider Account Management Department on a 1 year Maternity Cover FTC. This is a full on, varied role in which you will be the main POC and often client facing so you must have a good understanding of Advertising generally and must love being the ‘go to’ person.

On a daily basis, you will be supporting the Account Management team which will involve overseeing traffic, helping ensure work stays on track and supporting the department vision as a whole.  You will support the on boarding of staff within the debarment, manage all administration (documents, decks etc.), handle all diary, travel and general PA duties, organise all socials and team building activity and much more. You will be the key player within the team, ensuring the operation runs smoothly and effectively. This is an amazing role for someone who loves Advertising and can add value.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have experience within Advertising. You must be a strong PA ideally having worked with account management teams previously. You will be a strong team player and have real passion for the role and industry. You must be willing to get stuck in and become the backbone of the department.
