Part time team administrator role required to work 15-20 hours a week for a very successful family owned fashion brand. In addition to retailing, the group has worldwide interests in hotels, property and a portfolio of financial investments. This team admin role sits within the Property and Investment Finance Department of the company. The department is responsible for the financial management and accounting and reporting for a range of entities within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the admin for the whole department, which will include;
- Shredding
- Scanning
- Filing
- Running of reports
- Calling suppliers
- Simple excel analysis
- Other ad hoc duties
Key qualities:
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Flexible attitude
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Able to work independently
- Strong team player
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Some finance experience is helpful, but not essential.
