Hospitality/Catering Assistant

My Client, a leading Private Equity firm, has a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who will be joining a busy Front of House team of five.

12 months contract.

You will be reporting to the Front of House manager providing a professional, flexible and proactive catering and hospitality function whilst assisting the Catering Officer within the back of house pantry, setting up and clearing down of 11 meeting rooms.

Some of the duties will include:-

• Setting up meeting rooms to an exceptionally high standard
• Serving breakfasts and lunches
• Collecting catering off-site when required
• Monitoring and replenishing of stock
• Meeting and greeting of all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Hosting guests to their meeting rooms

The ideal candidate will have:-

• A dominant background in the hospitality industry
• Corporate hospitality, restaurant fine dining or cabin crew backgrounds are desirable
• Must have a positive attitude to taking on responsibilities
• Team Player
• Must be able to work shifts:- 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm and 9am - 6pm
