Investment banking assistant - Float

Globally known prestigious bank, based in the City, is seeking a float assistant to support on the investment banking floor. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy variety and capable of working well under pressure, this is the role for you. 

This role is paying £19.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) and overtime at a rate of time and a half, (overtime is anything over 40 hours), with core hours of 8am - 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple diaries
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Strong organisational skills
• Handle sensitive information discretely

The client are looking to hold interviews immediately, so ideally you will be immediately available or on at least one months notice.
