A new and exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and lively individual to join a leading global professional services company on a permanent basis based at Tower Bridge. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 9am – 5:30pm.

This is a hybrid role which supports the Systems and Data Analyst in administering day to day support for business activity, whilst also assisting the Technical Records Manager in driving forward the electronic records management solutions for the company. Additionally the successful candidate would be expected to demonstrate project management skills, in order to support the day to day client and technical requirements for the business. Other key responsibilities are listed below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a technical resource in support of the Records Manager in data management, reporting and administration of the Database and its public face (web interface for users)
  • Supporting data capture/cleansing projects
  • Assisting with setting up hardware to HPE CM9
  • Providing immediate and planned technical advice/support to the team
  • Supporting Data Analyst on technical data mapping and migration activities
  • Compiling technical documents and reference material
  • Providing technical training to colleagues when required
  • Fully conversant with all records management processes and technology
  • Analysing management information to develop process improvement and productivity
  • Creating and maintaining highest levels of customer confidence by providing a flexible and responsive service, exceeding expectations where possible
  • Taking ownership for problems and ensure customer feedback and complaints are dealt with efficiently, with support from the Account Management team

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Implementing and supporting EDRMS/ECM technologies, previous experience of HP Records Manager/TRIM / HPRM8 / CM9 is desirable.
  • An understanding of records management best practice
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and confidence to communicate at all levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of application functions in Excel, particularly LookUp and reference, Filters and presenting data.
  • Flexibility in travel and periodical changes to work location
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering successful technical solutions in response to department/client requests.
  • Information management qualification or applicable work experience is desirable
