ROLE OBJECTIVE
The HR Associate is responsible for the day to day operational HR requirements and will be required to provide effective HR service delivery in order to enable and assist the business achieve its business and people strategy. The HR Associate will be part of the London HR team and have UK and European responsibilities.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as one of the primary UK and European contact for the business and its sister company
Draft offer letters and contracts.
Update company handbook
On boarding and induction of new starters
Perform exit interviews
Oversee, manage and maintain all advisory, police and compliance matters.
Work with Head of HR on immigration and global mobility
Responsible for the HR information system and data for any employees
Assist with the maternity, paternity and flexible working processes, along with the Head of HR
Monitor and manage holidays, sickness absence levels and any long term absences
Assist Head of HR with the performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus processes
Oversee and manage the firms’ benefits package and offering
Oversee payroll and ensure accuracy

EXPERIENCE
At least 5-7 years of HR experience coming from a corporate background and with strong exposure in on boarding, policies, payroll, benefits, ER cases etc.
Graduate or equivalent and CIPD qualified (or in the process to be CIPD qualified)
Proven HR professional with previous experience of building effective relationships with key stakeholders ideally in a professional services environment
Previous experience of building effective relationships with colleagues in other jurisdictions
Proven experience in working with databases and systems.
Proven people management skills
Highly adaptable and flexible in thinking and approach
Strong team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong influencing skills and the ability to inspire confidence and respect at all levels
