Our prestigious and award winning London law firm client is currently looking for a HR assistant to provide a support service to the wider HR team. Duties will include; manage HR inbox responding to employee queries and liaising with HR Team as required, ensure all incoming post is distributed as appropriate and ensure the office is tidy at all times, collate news items on behalf of the HR Team for the firm-wide fortnightly news bulletin, coordinate updates to and issue annual calendar for HR Team, timetabling projects and routine tasks, process expense claims for members of the HR team as requested, check eligibility for expense claims made by members of the firm and send them to for approval, delegate filing and other appropriate administrative tasks to the HR Administrator and oversee their completion, continually review the efficiency of the HR administration processes and make recommendations, set up in-tray exercises for interview candidates, monitor HR Team mailbox and the Absence mailbox. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an excellent working environment and have the opening to progress within the firm as they very much promote internal growth. The core hours for this role are 9:30AM – 5:30PM and it is paying up to £27,000 + excellent benefits.
