Receptionist

A private physiotherapy clinic is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their supportive team. Based in the enviable area of Sloane Square, you would support this small but very busy clinic which is in huge demand with high profile and HNW clients.

As their Receptionist you would provide front of house support, take bookings, manage appointments, take calls, process payments and provide some ad hoc administrative support to the Physiotherapist and office as a whole. This is an extremely busy Receptionist role and you will be the lynchpin for the whole office.

You should be calm under pressure, able to deal sensitively with clients and be discreet at all times. The team are looking for a warm and charming Receptionist who can make clients feel welcome and looked after as well as making sure the clinic is running smoothly.

If you have experience as a Receptionist in a busy medical clinic that would be preferable, although any other Receptionist experience is also welcome.
