This is a once in a life time opportunity to work for an incredibly successful boutique finance company based in Dubai.  The offices are incredibly slick and you will be working collaboratively, as part of a close knit team of EAs, you will do what ever it takes to ensure every aspect of your bosses life runs smoothly.  Organising incredibly complex travel is a large part of the role and there are constant last minute changes. You will be expected to book private jets and luxury hotels at a moment’s notice and you must be able to manage your boss’s expectations, always having a plan B up your sleeve.  Meticulous attention to detail is a must, standards are incredibly high and there is no room for error. I am looking for a top level intelligent senior level EA with poise and gravitas who has supported at CEO level, is able to keep one step ahead, can plan for every conceivable eventuality and who prides themselves on getting things done.  Ideally you will be a graduate with10 years experience supporting high profile CEO's/founders on both the business and private side.  Salary is tax free, there is a relocation package and an apartment will be provided for the first month.
