A wonderful new reception role has become available working in a dynamic management consultancy in the city. You will be working alongside a team of highly intelligent individuals you will be able to communicate well at all levels and be a motivated and hardworking person.
Place Recruitment are looking for a superstar front of house receptionist to take on a role inside a fast-growing, super ambitious and entrepreneurial consultancy. What you’ll be doing:
- Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome
- Ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout the time they are with us, efficiently handling any requests
- Handling external and internal calls and taking messages
- Ensuring the company contact list is always up-to-date
- Scheduling meetings, room bookings and diary management
- AV and technical management of meeting rooms to ensure smooth running of all sessions
- Order and arrange catering for meetings
- Working closely with the team to ensure efficient communication and guest service, creating a consistently excellent impact
- Managing deliveries and couriers
- Ensuring a smart and tidy reception area
- General administrative duties in support of the business e.g. managing stock of stationery, food and drinks, and preparing print materials.
You will need:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- world-class customer service skills
- super organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and a sharp eye for detail
- great interpersonal skills and an understanding of the importance of the role as the first personal interaction with our brand
- proficiency in MS Office and a tech-savvy attitude
