Part-time PA / Office Manager - £42,500 (prorated) + benefits
Monday to Friday 8.30am-1.00pm
Our client, a lovely gentleman and the CEO of a small fund management company, is seeking a PA/Office Manager to support him in his personal and business life.
This is a rare opportunity - a true part-time role, supporting at a senior level and working with full autonomy from a lovely home office, based in central London.
The role requires you to be in the office Monday to Friday until 1pm and this is not negotiable - there is a requirement to be in the office every day. The role would suit a someone studying or with care responsibilities.
As the CEO’s right hand, you will have full responsibility for both his private and business life, to include Board meeting preparation, the management of his diary – business and personal, travel, cars, expenses, property management and the running of errands when required.
Some basic financial experience is ideal as you will be recording and paying company invoices, preparing the monthly payroll using an in-house system and working closely with the company Accountant.
Candidate profile:
100% comfortable working alone and supervised
Polished and very well presented
Strong eye for detail and accuracy
Discrete and reliable
Corporate/ professional services experience is desirable
Advanced Excel skills
