One of our clients, a service operator for outdoor advertisers, is looking for a new Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their North London team.
You will be joining a close knit and fun loving team in a company where they really look after their people. As a growing company you will be entering at a junior level but will have the opportunity to work your way up.
Some of the responsibilities of the Office Manager/Executive Assistant will be:
- Keeping track of company orders and liaising closely with suppliers
- Organising meetings for Directors and further staff
- Assisting finance with bank statements, sending invoices and company cards
- Organising travel and travel expenses
- Organising internal events such as office Christmas party
- Organising client entertainment evenings
They are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and a proactive nature
- Is able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Has a good phone manner and a positive attitude to work
- Has some proven office experience
For this role the client is looking to pay £20,000 per annum.
