Tiger Recruitment have just taken on a super exciting new Search Account Executive position, working for a boutique, creative Executive Search Company, situated in their beautiful offices in the heart of the West End. They work with some of the top Fashion and Retail companies, as well as, Arts and Heritage. They are seeking a super impressive, personable and client facing individual to come on board and assist with general administrative duties as well as build strong client relationships, impressively acting as the bridge between clients and the candidates.  

Priding themselves on their boutique nature, this is a really ‘all hands-on deck’ role whereby everyone mucks in and assists each other; they really pride themselves on their boutique, close-knit atmosphere. As a hugely dynamic, busy and hands on CEO, you will work alongside a fantastic team of five and assist with CV proposals and briefs as well as extensive diary management. With this in mind, excellent attention to detail in essential. 

The successful Search Account Executive will have solid experience in either Recruitment or Executive Search. Due to their being a strong element of PA / Executive Assistant duties, a background in a PA position in either Executive Search or Recruitment is perfect. You will also be eager and hardworking, excited by the concept of a super-fast paced and busy environment, as well as, articulate, polished, and proactive. They are looking for someone who is eager to go that extra mile and willing to constantly work hard and be flexible.
